Production of Prepainted Steel Coil Products

The upper and lower surfaces are cleaned. (Special chemicals are usually used during the cleaning phase; they are washed with chemicals and rinsed.) - The metal on the upper and lower surfaces is chromated. (In cases where only the front part of the product is painted, a high back paint with polyurethane adhesion is applied to the back surface.) - After this stage, the product is baked again. - After the double-surface painting processes are finished, the requested topcoat process is applied over the primers. - After this stage, the product is baked once more. - Protective film application is performed according to customer demands. - After this stage, prepainted steel products are made into metal coils and delivered to customers by packaging. (The form of the prepainted steel product is generally in the form of strips and coils.)
