ALUZING-ALUSI-GALFAN

Aluminum Sheets

Aluzing-Alusi-Galfan products are manufactured by coating steel sheets on both sides with an aluminum-zinc alloy. Due to their high heat resistance, they can be used in any area where high heat is generated, such as motors, exhausts, and ovens.

We perform the slitting processes of Aluzing-Alusi-Galfan sheets in our facilities using modern slitting lines. As in all slitting processes, we provide services with a maximum satisfaction guarantee in Aluzing-Alusi-Galfan sheet slitting operations with our expert personnel and modern equipment park.

Aluminized Steel Sheets

Aluminized steel products are steel products created by a hot-dip process where both sides are coated with an aluminum-silicon alloy. The steel exhibits excellent behavior against corrosion. It retains the properties of the base steel for temperatures of 800 degrees and below. It is especially used for heat exchangers. Additionally, it is preferred for water heaters, ovens, cooking pans, barbecue grills, and boilers.

Application Areas of Aluminized Sheets

They are preferred in fields such as medical areas, household appliances, chemical processing, lighting fixtures, construction industry, kitchenware, heating-cooling and ventilation industry, pressure vessels, roofing, architectural applications, panels, automotive industry, radiator manufacturing, storage equipment, and packaging industry. Apart from these, they are used in general-purpose metallic works, and in oil and fuel tanks that may be exposed to marine atmospheres. Furthermore, their primary application areas include food machinery, white goods, and automotive parts. These products are frequently used in applications where corrosion resistance at high temperatures is required. They are generally preferred by users due to the advantages they provide when compared to stainless steel products. Aluminized sheets are more resistant to oxidation and ductility compared to galvanized sheets. This leads to a higher preference for aluminized sheets. Today, this once again demonstrates why aluminum-coated sheets are preferred over galvanized-coated sheets.

About Aluminum Sheets

Today, aluminum is one of the leading high-quality engineering materials. It is possible to encounter aluminum in the houses we live in, in vehicles, in computers used daily, in phones, airplanes, workbenches, modern environments, shelves, and interior designs. Not much was known about this product until the recent past. For this reason, its application areas were extremely limited. Due to its ability to bond easily with other elements, it is preferred in various fields. This metal is easily processed whether hot or cold. It can be stamped, bent, and drawn. No special paint is required. It does not burn with fire and is non-toxic. It is extremely flexible. In addition to sheets with a thickness of 4 microns, fine wire can also be produced. Aluminum sheets are also produced using the rolling method. In the industry, these are called "sheets" if they are thin, and "plates" if the thickness is higher than 10 mm. Aluminum sheets used in various fields are extremely durable and of high quality.
